Nikhil Shah is Co-founder and Managing Partner of SGRE Capital Group. Mr. Shah has over twenty-five years of experience in development, acquisitions, principal equity investments & fundraising in Real Estate & Energy infrastructure asset classes.

Before starting SGRE, Mr. Shah established Longsol as one of the largest private Solar operators in the U.S. by acquiring a $150MM Solar project in Austin, TX in partnership with MetLife. He led all business development activities for the US and served as Corporate Officer & Vice President. Prior to Longsol, he was with GE Capital where he was responsible for formulating investment strategies, sourcing and structuring new investments, consummating transactions valued in excess of $1 billion in real estate and energy segments. Before GE Capital, he spent six years in energy investments
at Enron Corp.

Jinesh Gandhi builds, scales, and deploys capital where others see complexity. As Founding partner of Bull Creek Equity Partners, he oversees a diversified Texas real estate portfolio including land acquisition, industrial, retail, and office assets. He brings a rare combination of disciplined underwriting and deep hands-on operational rigor to the firm’s investment strategy.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate development, Jinesh spent 20 years building an impressive entrepreneurial track record. He founded the Gandhi Bazar Family of Stores and Restaurants, scaling it from a single storefront into Austin’s dominant multi-unit ethnic grocery and dining chain. After growing the business to over $10 million in annual revenue, he executed a successful strategic exit.

Jinesh began his career in the technology sector, working for leading firms in Austin and the Silicon Valley. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, an education that deeply shapes his analytical, systems-driven approach to real estate: identifying structural inefficiencies, underwriting conservatively, and compounding value.

An active civic leader, Jinesh is a Founder’s Circle member at Dell Medical School, a former Board Member of Austin Health Commons, and a past Executive Committee leader for the Jain Sangh of Austin. Based in Austin, he focuses on institutional partnerships and co-investment opportunities across Texas.
